Cost Reporting

SP-Bench gives you the ability to report on several useful cost measures:

• Weekly unit cost
• Cost per support hour: (weekly unit cost x number of units available) / (standard hours per week x (number of paid managers + number of paid frontline staff))
• Support hours per unit: (standard hours per week x (number of paid managers + number of paid frontline staff)) / number of units available
• Contract value next year
• Contract value previous year
• Subsidy value next year
• Subsidy value previous year

The data displayed in these measures are taken directly from the SPLS extract and so are exactly as you provided to the CLG, ensuring the values are as accurate as possible.

The data will be updated every time you upload an SPLS extract, so the values will remain as up-to-date as you choose.
