Quality Reporting

SP-Bench provides reporting facilities for all of the "core" QAF objectives, i.e. C1.1 to C1.6, as well as an overall score for the QAF.

The following quality-related measures are available for your reports:

• Provider QAF overall or objective score
• Validated QAF overall or objective score

As QAFs are scored using a letter, SP-Bench converts that into a numerical value to make averaging possible:

• A = 4
• B = 3
• C = 2
• D = 1

Each time you upload a new SPLS extract to SP-Bench any QAFs that existed already are overwritten with the latest values, and any new QAFs are added.

SP-Bench keeps a history of the QAFs you upload so that as wide a time-span is covered as possible.
