How much does it cost?

If your Local Authority uses the SPOCC SP management system then there is no additional charge for SP-Bench, only a small hosting fee paid from your support contract.

For LAs that do not have SPOCC, there is a charge based on the size of your SP admin grant:

• Small: £1,100 p.a.
• Medium: £1,650 p.a.
• Large: £2,200 p.a.

The charge includes the annual costs of bandwidth, hosting and support of SP-Bench on our secure web servers in the Docklands.

How to buy the software and your free trial

If you'd like to purchase the SP-Bench service, please send a purchase order or confirmation e-mail to Kim Annely. Once you’ve done this, we will send you a user name and password so you can log in an use our secure file transfer page to send us your latest SPLS extract file and Outcomes data (if desired).

You get to try the system live for 1 month before we apply the annual charge. This gives you access to the full system free of charge. If you don’t want to continue with the system, just send Kim a cancellation e-mail within 31 calendar days of your original confirmation e-mail or purchase order.
